Did you know you can create and publish new posts to your Hierank-built site, using only your phone? We’re doing it now.

How to publish a WordPress blog post from your phone

STEP 1:

Download and open WordPress smartphone app.

STEP 2

Log into your site using your WordPress user credentials.

STEP 3

Hit the ‘New’ button in the lower-right corner of your screen.

STEP 4

Select Story Post or Blog Post. This article is a Blog Post.

STEP 5

In your new post, select the ellipses button to display more options.

Select Post Settings to set your desired Featured Photo, Tags, Categories, and more.

STEP 6

Once your post settings are good, start writing!

TIP

You can add special block elements by simply hitting the blue (+) button.

STEP 7

Make sure to Update as you go to save your draft, and you can hit Publish in the banner that pops up to put your post live!

You can also hit the ellipses button again and select Publish there.

That’s all there is to it! If you’ve followed these steps, your post will be publicly accessible and you can return to update it on your phone OR computer.
