A New Website for Simply Sewn Sewing & Alterations

We recently got a great referral from the client for whom we built our second paid website, TheMat.us.

A colleague of his had just started a sewing and alterations business in Plymouth, MI, and she needed help developing her business’ identity. She identified needing business cards and a website, but aside from a name, there wasn’t a brand yet to speak of.

We identified quickly that these two main pieces would be most effective created in accordance with a existing brand identity. From there, our Starter Website would be a perfectly adequate solution to satisfy her business’s needs. After discussing a bit more about her tastes and values, we went to work.

We developed an express brand identity, including logo, fonts, and color scheme, and presented it in business card proofing, ultimately landing on this card and identity:
